Appointments

  1. A $50 deposit is required for all new clients. Deposits are also mandatory for current clients who has no-showed and/or canceled in the time frame mentioned below. This deposit will go towards the cost of your services. It is non-refundable if appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled time.

  2. Children- We love our mini clients, however, we like to keep the salon environment as relaxing as possible. If your child is receiving services we ask that they are able to sit calmly during their appointment. If both you and your child have appointments we ask that an adult is available to accompany your child while you are receiving services. If another adult is not available you will be politely asked to reschedule. No child is allowed to be in the salon unattended at anytime.


  1. You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, then you may not make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 13 years old, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us, make a purchase on the Site nor register on the Site.

  2. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of purchase date. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days* of order's ship date.

    *Delivery time is an estimate and subject to change.

  3. The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  4. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to: (a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any portion thereof; (b) republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Site or any and/or all Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site); (c) make any use of the Site or any and/or all Content other than personal use; (d) modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Site or any and/or all Content; (e) collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party; (f) use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing any and/or all Content; or (g) use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure. You must retain, without modification, all proprietary notices on the Site or affixed to or contained in the Site.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

EXCHANGES

Do you have an exchange policy?

We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Tribeca Luxe Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

May I exchange my order?

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

You may exchange your Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

Tribeca Luxe hair can only do returns for sets within the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.

Why are Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

ORDERS

Important Notes:

*Tribeca Luxe does not cover the cost of return labels, except when we are entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped.

- Refunds from returns can only be issued to your original payment method, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping cost. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or to a different form of payment.

-The return and exchange process may take up to 2 weeks
