In addition to one on one education Desiree offers education vacations with Oribe. On these trips, a stylist is sent to New York to train with Oribe’s top, industry-leading stylists located at their flagship location in Manhattan, NY. Surrounded by inspiration and motivation, a stylist has a chance to hone their skillset, and take it to the next level.

For stylists that have already immersed themselves in education but need assistance building their clientele. Desiree will strategically pinpoint the areas that can be adjusted in your day to day work flow. Whether it be work efficiency, social media or marketing yourself in general.

The Commission Program offers an attractive commission scale, all Oribe styling products for a workstation, a pathway to booth rent if desired, flexible schedule, Walk-ins, free booking software, front desk support, marketing on Salon Tribeca’s website/social media platforms, a supportive work environment, as well as the ability to earn 20% retail commission.
