After a stylist’s completion of classes to fulfill their needs, Desiree offers education vacations with Oribe. On these trips, a stylist is sent to New York to train with Oribe’s top, industry-leading stylists located at their flagship location in Manhattan, NY. Surrounded by inspiration and motivation, a stylist has a chance to hone their skillset, and take it to the next level.

The Commission Program offers an attractive 50-60% commission scale, all Oribe styling products for a workstation, a pathway to booth rent if desired, flexible schedule, Walk-ins, free booking software, front desk support, marketing on Salon Tribeca’s website/social media platforms, a supportive work environment, as well as the ability to earn 20% retail commission.
