Scheduling an Appointment

All our stylists manage their own schedules. If you have a stylist in mind, you may visit our stylist directory and contact them directly. If you wish to be referred to a stylist, you can call us and our front desk staff can further assist you. All stylists have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes it is up to the discretion of your stylist if they need to reschedule. Please communicate with your stylist or the salon receptionist if you will be arriving late to your appointment.


Pricing

All our stylists work independently and dictate their own pricing. Visit our services page to view all starting prices.


Service Quotes

Our front desk staff are only allowed to give starting prices for all services. You have the option to book an in-person consultation (free for the first 15 minutes). You can also consult with a stylist via text, providing them with a picture of your hair currently and a picture of the look you desire.


Deposits

Deposit amounts will vary by type of service and stylist. Your deposit will go towards your service total. All deposits are refunded if your appointment is canceled 48 or more hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours the possibility of a refund is at the discretion of the stylist.


Redos and Refunds for Services

We strive to make sure all our guests are happy. If for some reason you are unhappy with your results you have up to 1 week to schedule a redo appointment with your stylist. In the rare event you are not comfortable seeing your stylist for the redo appointment you may contact the owner and she will assess your request.

We do not offer refunds on hair services.


Forgotten Items

If you leave an item behind, please contact your stylist and they will notify our front desk staff that you will be picking up your item. Salon Tribeca is not responsible for any items left behind.
