Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to our stylists. Salon Tribeca understands that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service total. "No Show" clients will be charged 100% of the service total.

Child Policy

To ensure all our guests have a pleasant experience, we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult at all times.
